Frames were used to activate L.C.A.R.S. interface for the zone. Major interface fixes were done to the zone also. It looks a lot better now, I think... The preliminary version wasn't my style...

The preliminary version of Wesley's WWW Zone is uploaded into the place. Minor linking problems occured but solved. The look of the zone should be fixed...
