The Toon-Box will take a break

I'm off to other worlds in this long Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving) holidays, so I won't be updating The Toon-Box for the next two weeks or so. Hang in there!

XiGL.net is now open

XiGL.net, a companion site to Tool-Box.info, is now open for business. The name is supposed to rhyme with 'jiggle'. It's an experimental site made purely with Apple iWeb. Because of the highly integrated nature of this tool with iPhoto, which I use to manage my vast pool of photos, I might be maintaining a photo gallery on that website instead of here. I just had the basic pages set up, so go take a look.

Wesley now officially on IMDB

Some of you may have noticed the 'Wesley on IMDB' link on the right sidebar that appeared about a week ago. Yes, I actually have my own page, like all those celebrities out there. :-) Well, the page is now officially accessible from IMDB (Internet Movie Database) website by searching my name (try 'woo-duk', my Korean name). Moment of the Day in WBC

"Hey, I'm on TV!"

While Korea beating Japan (again) in World Baseball Classic a few hours ago by 2:1 to secure a place in the semifinals alone was euphoric, this brief moment just before the game started (I recorded the whole game, by the way) was too hilarious to ignore. It was just a minute before these two sportscasters were to interview Seung-Yeop Lee (currently the most successful hitter in WBC). Byung-Hyun Kim, the pitcher who earned a win later in the game, couldn't pass up making his presence known while walking in front of the camera. Such a prankster. Enjoy the 8-second clip! You need DivX codec installed.
